This page explains what information the website collects, how it is used, and which services are involved.
When you submit a form, we collect your name, business name if provided, phone, e-mail, service, budget, message, page address, submission time, source, and available UTM parameters. The information is used to review the request and make contact.
The request is stored in a managed database in the website hosting environment. Access is limited to server-side operations and authorized people.
An e-mail notification is sent only when an active, verified e-mail service is configured. Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager is not loaded without a valid configured ID.
Campaign parameters are stored temporarily in the browser for the current session and attached to the request. Names, phone numbers, e-mail addresses, and message content must not be sent to Analytics.
For access or correction requests, contact leadify.office@gmail.com. This wording requires legal review before launch on the commercial domain.
